Return Policy
We truly hope that you love our products as much as we do. If however you do not, we’re here to help! We will gladly accept your eligible return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please kindly note we can only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered and are returned in a suitable, re-saleable condition with the original packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Get in touch with our customer service team at info@gemsformama.com. Clearly state your name, your order reference number and let us know if you would like a return or exchange.
- Send the return item in the original packaging and return to the address provided on the original packaging within the eligible 14-day window.
- A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required, it will help Gems for Mama track and process the return for you!
- Once the package is received at our end, your return/exchange will be issued.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If you are returning a purchase for a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
- In the instance where the return of goods is due to damage, a defect, or discrepancy in the order, we sincerely apologize, and you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. A photograph will be required so we can notify our brand partner of the issue, we ask you to send the picture to info@gemsformama.com. In the case the damaged product must be returned to our brand partner, Gems for Mama will reimburse you for the cost of returning the product and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise should that be your preferred choice.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Due to the high demand and shipping costs related to a few brands in our collection, the below brands are non-refundable and not eligible for a return:

– Butter Me Up Organics
– Kaycee’s Cosmetics
– Gigi Pip
– Ali + Oli
