Shipping + Delivery
Shipping:
- At Gems for Mama we have thoughtfully curated our collection of beautiful products by partnering with small business and local artisan handcrafted brands. We do not currently have a storefront, so our brands ship their product directly to you. If you have kindly ordered multiple products from a few different brands, please expect a variety of packages to arrive, one from each brand partner.
- Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once you place your order, the average time to dispatch an order varies by brand owner as we work with artisan brands, the average time for your product to be processed and ready to ship is 2-4 business days. Shipment lead-time on average with majority of brands is 3-7 days.
- US orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping.
- US orders under $50, our standard flat $4 shipping charge applies.
Delivery:
- We deliver to all 50 United States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and P.O. Box addresses.
- Currently, we do not ship to U.S Territories nor ship Internationally.
- Your package will be delivered via epacket, DHL, USPS or Fedex.
Additional information:
- We try to help when delays in delivery happen, but we cannot issue a refund on any portion of shipping unless the carrier approves a refund on shipping charges.
- All packages are shipped to the provided address. If your address is not verified, you will be contacted via email or text message to verify your address. If your address is not valid, the processing time is longer. Please make sure your address includes zip code and apt number if applicable.
- Gems for Mama is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender and the customer will be contacted to update their address. The customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned.
- As orders are processed 2-4 days upon receipt, we are unable to make any changes to your order after this time period so please double check the quantity, address, and phone number you have entered before completing your purchase. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please let us know immediately by contacting us by completing and submitting the form below and we will do our very best to help you.
