Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift boxes (when launched)

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or discounted items
